What is INC-22?

INC-22 is the form used to notify the MCA of a change in the registered office address. The complexity depends on how far you are moving. A move within the same city only needs a board resolution and INC-22. A move across cities (within the same state) requires a special resolution and MGT-14 too. A move between states needs Regional Director approval and is significantly more involved.
